Our mission

 Younique Haven Homes is a compassionate sanctuary for those without housing, dedicated to providing a safe, stable, supportive, and nurturing environment where love, growth, comfort, and stability come first. We believe in restoring dignity and offering a space where every individual feels valued, empowered, and at home as they take steps toward a brighter, more secure future!

Our Story

Younique Haven Homes was created by founder, Chrissy Brown, who was motivated to find a way to help with the increasing housing crisis after noticing a  huge increase in individuals facing housing deficits, and quickly fell in love with the heartfelt reward from the gratitude expressed when helping those in need. Younique Haven Homes was created to help all individuals from homeless to working class who may be in need of an affordable living arrangement, but can't meet the requirements for a traditonal rental arrangement or are just in need of a more affordable place to stay, whether it be temporary or permanent. 

Our Accomodations

 Our homes  designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. We offer All Inclusive Co-Living Arrangements with all utiities included, spacious bedrooms with private and semi-private room options available, communal living areas, and a range of amenities including Onsite Laundry, Netflix, Local TV and Wi-Fi as well as an array of resoucres to help with  life skills, job pacement, housing stability support, case management, and home health services provided via third party partnerships.

Our Locations

 Younique Haven Homes is currently servicing the Cincinnati and Dayton area with homes located in Westwood and Colerain of Cincinnati as well as the Huber Heights area of Dayton.

Who We Serve

 

  • Homeless Individuals:
    People who are currently without stable housing and are in need of temporary shelter and support.


  • Low-Income Families:
    Families who are struggling to afford housing and need assistance with affordable living options and support services.


  • Veterans:
    Former military personnel who are experiencing housing instability and could benefit from structured support and resources.


  • Young Adults Aging Out of Foster Care:
    Individuals who are transitioning out of the foster care system and need guidance in achieving independence.


  • Victims of Domestic Violence:
    Individuals, particularly women and children, who have fled abusive situations and need safe housing and supportive services.


  • People with Disabilities:
    Individuals with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who need accessible living environments and supportive services.


  • Rehabilitated Offenders:
    Individuals re-entering society after incarceration who need stable housing and opportunities to rebuild their lives.


  • Single Parents:
    Single mothers or fathers who are struggling to provide stable housing for their children and need support with childcare and life skills.


  • Elderly or Senior Citizens:
    Older adults who are at risk of homelessness or are living on fixed incomes and need affordable housing and community support.


  • Immigrants and Refugees:
    Newcomers to the country who are facing housing challenges and need assistance with integration and community resources.


  • Youth at Risk:
    Young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to family issues, lack of support, or other challenges.


  • LGBTQ+ Individuals:
    People from the LGBTQ+ community who may be facing housing discrimination or challenges and need safe, supportive living environments.


  • Substance Abuse Recoverees:
    Individuals who are recovering from addiction and need a stable environment to continue their journey to sobriety.


  • Unemployed or Underemployed Individuals:
    People who are struggling to find stable employment and need affordable housing and job readiness support.


  • People with Mental Health Challenges:
    Individuals who are facing mental health issues and need a supportive environment and access to resources to help them stabilize.
